No matter what you work on at HySeDi, you can become part of our team that fulfills this mission from 2026.

HySeDi's solutions are relevant to society as a whole. That said, HySeDi is (hopefully eventually) a for-profit company. Therefore, performance-based compensation is a given for us. We would be happy to discuss vacation, max. 3 days home office and details in a personal meeting.

During the build-up of HySeDi, we are filling all positions, from "barista" (already filled) to CEO. Describing them would take a lot of time and would make little sense, as many activities overlap. And the faster you develop, the faster new exciting tasks await you.

Tell us what you like to do best and what you don't like at all, when you'd just like to visit us for a coffee, or when you'd like to start working for us. Without rigid specifications, but with so much background that we appreciate you. We look forward to receiving your e-mail.

Crazy IT people

You know how to organize, evaluate and process data. Or would you rather deal with building and maintaining a cloud structure? Build in APIs to use third-party tools? Integrate third-party systems to run on the platform? Or would you rather manage a diverse team of crazy IT people?
